I would say to keep the lower level player active in the other jails, if we got all the good stuff in SD and none off it went to the lower prisons or levels then the value off the amen would decrease because no one would pay it. PB economics lol

or just keep it as it is right now, but do so adam/joe hands out xp with the amens, the better the amen is the more xp you get, its not like xp is a bad thing? If u want some amens from joe or adam you might aswell get some xp to get u closer to the final prison of this game and enjoy it with the rest of us

It doesn't necessarily have to stay how it is. We just haven't heard a sensible argument that convinces us that it makes sense to change it. So far it's mostly "They got something and I didn't!" and that's not a good argument. In fact, it's not even true, as you can see below.

Here are some statistics:

- SD has gotten 105 DVDs via Joe.

- NJ has gotten 29 DVDs via Joe.

- SD has gotten 276 amenities via Adam.

- NJ has gotten 62 amenities via Adam.

- The average player in SD has purchased about 1 DVD from Joe or less. Some of the players complaining that they get screwed out of Joe (coughdaynacough) have gotten 6.

- So far the highest Grabber of Joe booty in SD is Dem0lition with 9 DVDs.

- So far the highest Grabber of Joe booty in NJ is danakil76 with 5 DVDs.

These last 2 statistics actually makes me the opposite of happy, and leads me to believe that Joe needs some serious balancing in terms of multiple purchases.

I am confused on this one. To my knowledge, the OD rate was never changed.

I'll look into it though.
