The best players in the game, all have base average of 75mill. So maybe the gap/jump from what im suggesting is too big. But we can always have a division in between if needed.

With that said... i may adjust the entry point to 10-30mill for this and then 30-75mill division in between. So if you know anyone that may be interested point them this way.
