I switched to Linux. It's stable, once installed just use it, never had any problems with it. I use Windows for gaming only on my other laptop.

fwiw...looks like my Android phone uses a Linux type OS....according to about phone tab

Yes, Android is built on a modified version of the Linux kernel and uses it as its foundation
