Can someone explaine me how it works, because i have 1 in my cell and it changes my max deposit to 1,3mil!!

so now i made some money from selling stuff on the marktet and if i look at the last transaction i had 1,3 mil transfer to the account but still ending to have almost everything in my hand????

the more you earn the less you can deposit its only good for the five nerve

ok i understand that but why i says max 1.3 mill than if it cant hold it on the account??

and i sold 1 amenitie for 1,3 and made sure my account was empty?
