"Your mas a slag.. and she shops at Nettos!"

Clearly frustrated and offended the other says

"Fuck off, she does not shop at Nettos."

So my question to you english (sorry if you are not, it's just I've seen you write slag before HolzCurlz and assumed it was region specific insult) what is nettos? and is it worse than being a slag? LoL
