I have messeged 4 lvl 3 in the last 10 mins none of them even want to go look at the thread, all they say is why??????fucking dumbass's i should just give 30 favors to the three who signed up and call it quits what dumb assholes are in this game!

I would, but I'm at 99%, so I wouldnt get too far before getting kicked from Jersey. But had I been level 3, I'd have signed up real quick. One thing though, a level 3 is gonna go up faster than a level 2, because of the level scale thing, how are you gonna factor that in?
