You should be able to tag someone in the forums or in the shoutbox, I already searched the forums to see if there was anything like this and didn't see so yeah.

It'll make it much easier, instead of PM'ing them afterwards to say "Check shoutbox" or "Check Forums"

i think that there should be a way to enable and disable it like mail for those that dont want bothered or spammed
