You trained using 42 energy, gained 27 strength and 832 exp for what reason why would it be and i had 100 percent stamina. I need question from a high level not low so thanks

Each prison has it's own training reduction and AZ has the worst. Added to this reduction, is  also a random factor. From 80%  to 125%... or something like that. Increase your cell size and add some stamina amenities to help counter this reduction.
