Only problem being that most NJers are too broke/too stupid/too busy not doing anything cause theyre pro level squatters..... the real problem is though lowlevel dupes with probably main accounts in SD going on there to rape joe/adam in peace while were all clawing each others faces for a Boxing stars DVD lol
i meant the ratio of active players in a prison 2 dvds released...when theres only 5 active players in say nj, they all get multiple shots at joe/adam...& like u said dem, 70% are probably dupes!! kinda discourage'n when u got dupes/lvl squatters that will never use any of these dvds except 2 supplement their income via pp...or like u said shipm 2 there sd acct...& players who actually play the game(train, crime, or fight other than in sb or forums)..are at the mercy of these dupes/squatters 2 tryn get the things they actually plan on putn in their cell & use'n...but its prison based, so i guess i should quit complaining & go back 2 playn the game
9 DVDs... in how long/how many joe visits would that be? cause I dont catch Joe that often, but when i do i drain the lil fucker lol. 9 DVDs sounds like my last 2 joe sessions.
and i dont get the part with making you the opposite of happy... lol -like Vic said, theres no way to make everyone happy.. if you ask me Joe/Adam is about as balanced as theyve ever been, whether i get 100 or 1 DVDs thats my honest opinion.
at the end of the day the most active (read: pathethic) players will be the ones catching Joe/Adam/Firesales/events first - i dont find that strange at all, its a reward.. something would be wrong if 5 hours /week players were catching joe/adam as often as the more active ones.
I do agree that more active players should get more. But they pretty much do, as a byproduct of being active.
Those high numbers of DVDs for single users make me unhappy because it shows that it's possible for 1 player to own all/most of Joe's stock. Joe was reworked so that his entire stash could not be plucked by a couple of users. But, with the right setup, 1-2 users can clean Joe out.
I'm not saying you did anything wrong. I'm just saying I would prefer if Joe's DVDs were more distributed.
As for your specific numbers, the logs only go so far back. So it's possible you got more than 9, I just don't feel like digging more to find out.

I see, and in that case i agree, but why not simply limit Joe to two (and only two) DVDs per visit? thats obviously where the problem is, the fact that theres a small % to still get a DVD even after your 1st (and 2nd) time makes it easy to abuse by reviving.
(Incase you didnt know already) My 9 DVDs in the last two or so Joe visits were taken mostly by tag-team'in his ass with a fellow player... fill backpack up with revive items, go out, take turns at reviving & buying.
fact: when Joe came out last night, It lasted close to an hour until AdamSandler got the last DVD.. during that whole time me, corey and chi74 were running around reviving each other for 45 mins atleast...... doesnt sound too good eh

Just make a Joe 1 or 2 hour KO unrevivable in that case...that would make people think twice about trying for that 3rd one.

or giv a chance f infecting the zombie virus and a ko that wud be cool

We want some differences between Joe and Adam, which is why we decided to do it that way. I like the risk of ass beatings, problem is, there's really no risk when you have an ambulance chasing you around.
We had some ideas on how we could make it a bit less forgiving . I guess it's time to put something in place!

"Ambulance chasing you around" hahahhahahaa ya that about sums it up

- favor cost reviving?
- unreviable k.o.s from joe?
- force log out for half an hour?
- something else?
