I think the exp thing is good but the idea of only joe and adam in sd is shite all that will do is cause any new players who want a decent cell. *bankrupsy* lol.

A similar system is already in place. Joe and Adam show up in higher level prisons more often than lower. NJ in particular is getting shafted a lot in regards to when Adam/Joe will show up again.

In that case why change anything? Just cus a few people got some decent amens they will never use (yxes, pov) doeent mean its messed up, just means they got lucky and you bullies need to get extorting

The More u guys complain the more u fuck up the game its good how it is now stop the crying u only making things worse forget how other players play play ur own game u make ur own decision if u want to play or not simple
