need help with training whats best for me to train with etc this would help alot thanks trying to get level 5 to be a runner

Speed is important for a good runner (to avoid getting mugged)... but since you still have a 3x3 cell it doesn't really matter much... no matter how much speed you train players with larger cells will have no problem catching you (mugging and/or attacking you).... So like I said to you in your previous tread about training (http://www.prisonblock.com/forums/training-t24585.html)... get a larger cell first of all.... and as soon as possible... ;-)

my cell is only a 3x3 but im looking to upgrade soon, i have a few good amens but i will need more to be better. but im training 17 using 1 steelframe bed , 1 old toilet , 1 toilet paper , 2 wooden chairs its not that good but im going ok on it !
