Why is it that a black can can call one of his friends a nigga and refer to other people as nigga but when a white guy says it everyone assumes hes raciest???? i have a lot of black friends and my brother married a really nice black girl and most of them agree with me on this topic.i just dont understand if you dont like the word  the why call each other it?????

Let's say your close friends called you "Ass Muncher" right? If any of them called you Ass Muncher, you'd be cool with it, because you know they're just kidding. You know their intentions, and you know they don't mean it in a mean way.

Now let's say you're at a college football game and your buddy is leaving and says "later ass muncher" as he's getting off the bus. Then you start talking to a kid from a rival school who heard this and keeps referring to you as ass muncher. Your initial thought is that he's making fun of you right? Even if he uses it while holding a pleasant conversation with you, in the back of your head you're always wondering "is he kidding, or secretly laughing at me"?

Now me personally, I tend not to care if I know the people. But a random white guy saying it would illicit the same thoughts as above.

hey story concerning this my friend of who is black is driving me to toronto 1 day and he has his rap music going and were singing to the music and i no the song and i no the N word is coming up and so does he, he looks at me i look at him we're still singing i'm thinking oh great what do i say word comes up and i yell HALLABALOO

It's a like a group a chinese friends who refer amongst themselves as chinks just for laughs. "Sup my chinks". But have a random white guy pass by saying these exact words and he might get his ass kung fu'ed. It's normal dude. A white guy shouldn't have these slurs in his verbal dictionary anyways.
