The legal age of consenting sex varies from region to region, some places it's as low as 14. Honestly who decided 18 was such an ideal age anyway? I hate technicalities

UNCROC United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child... it states that under that age people are children... prostitution is decriminlised here... you can have sex from 16... but people can't buy sex from people who are under 18.
