I sent this as a PM to dayna to answer a question of hers, but I'll post it here because others may find the info useful:

Lower levels have less chance of getting items from Joe/Adam. For example:

- South Dakota's Joe/Adam spawns about ever 3-4 days.

- NJ/SQ's Joe/Adam is ever 5-6 days.

That means for every one Joe/Adam that NJ gets, SD gets two. And since SD clears them out faster, SD gets even more, because Joe/Adam's timer to respawn is set after they're emptied out.

Not only that, the high level prisons have teams of players that run around grabbing up the amenities (seriously, teams). That's why they disappear so quick in SD.

I think it need to be in place to keep a good balance in the game, we all know how hard it was when we where low levels, as king tommy said as well its not like joe used to be where you go to the caffatera at a certain time and he has a certain amount off stock off maybe 2/3 bootleg dvds, when it was like that the rich got richer and it was easy for a player or gang to buy in bulk and sell for silly prices. I think this method off handing out amens in diff prisons is a very fair way for us all tbh, one day you could get a Spinal Tap dvd and the time after that a After Life dvd. The word greed comes to mind

Releasing amens in low level prisons doesn't harm any high level games in the slightest. In fact, it only serves to help high level players. You big timers have more resources at your disposal and more experience. So you should be able to easily barter with a noob to get one of those good amens.

This sort of helped changed my mind it`s true i have dealt with lower level`s to get what i am in need of be for using my experience.

but it is all so annoying when you get experienced lower level`s that know how to squat to get this good shit

so make the ammen give out better but put a cap on how many ammens u can get also i rarely ever see joe due to this random pop up stuff maybe alerting like how when a firesale happens would be better fuck everybody gets these ammens i gotta pay top for and they buy for 30 favs shit is crazy
